OK, First thing I noticed when I went to the main URL...none of your
graphical buttons showed up, all broken images.
that aside, while I was waiting for the page to load I thought it was a
nice clean professional looking design (of course, I couldnt see the
buttons, so I dont know what they look like) ......AND then the background
loaded (which by the way, took forever, the file size is huge).  Ick!  Lose
it.  Looked better without it. (just my opinion of course)
The sitemap page is just what it should be, very simple, non graphical,
everything listed.  It viewed fine for me at 800x600, you may want someone
to test it at a lower resolution to make sure it doesnt scroll.  The text
is rather large, I think you could shrink it down a little and not lose
readability at all.
When I got to the related links page, I think those might be the same
graphical buttons that did not show on the main page.  I like the buttons.
Strange thing I noticed.  When I used the Home link from the related links
page, it took me to the homepage, only this time the graphical buttons
showed up.  I double checked by going to your main url again, and the
graphical buttons were broken.  Something screwy there, its two different
pages.
So overall, I think the layout, text, logos and graphical buttons are nice-
very clean, uncluttered and professional I wouldnt change much.  I think
the background is a bit too much though.
