Dear Pat O.
	Re: http://www.europa.com/~pohall/kmo/
Your first commercial site is a lot better than most sites I see; it's
clean, it's organized, it's easily-navigable. Looking over it quickly, I
picked up on a couple things that I saw when I viewed it with Netscape 3
(It looks different in IE 4).
	1. Your narrow blue table on the left doesn't show up in Netscape 3,
probably because the hex triplet #0000A0 isn't a "safe" color (at least it
isn't in my Laura Lemay HTML book as a safe one). I think you wanted Navy
which is #000080. I don't know why IE is so forgiving, but it shows up in
IE 4, no problem.
	2. You might want to make your aqua menu table on the left a bit wider as
the text runs off it in Netscape 3
	3. The font size of Commercial Real Estate/ For Lease/Updated is smaller
than the other updateds.

Also, I'm not sure if repeating the navigation information that's in the
left menu in the body of the page is needed though I really like the way
it's laid out and I like the little mountain gif bullets. Perhaps you
could focus on more detailed info about KMO Realtors in the body of the
page, especially contact information...email, telephone, address, is that
Gresham, OR?...hey, I grew up in Oregon. Or you could keep that
navigational table in the center of the page and have a list of nice
helpful Gresham-area resource links in the left aqua area.
One last thing, you might want to make your KMO logo, the photo of the KMO
people and the header at the top somewhat smaller. I think that it's
important that people not have to scroll down too much to get to the most
important info on a page. I try to keep the good stuff "above the crease".
		Good Luck! Mary
