Hi all,

This site is by no means finished - I'm still lacking a lot of content and
it isn't designed exactly the way I want. Never the less, I have just
managed to eliminate all the unsightly frames from the mess I inherited!
That thought fills me with feelings of success - enough to overcome my
normal caution and ask you kind people for your comments on how it looks in
other browsers, platforms, etc.

The site isn't finalised, so this is a good chance for feedback before
things become set in concrete. What is there should be sufficient for you
to envisage what I am trying to achieve. I am aimimg for simplicity to
maximise the target audience.

I won't start with the restrictions I have been under (like the horrible
orange link graphic :) but I will add that the site hosts some pages that
have not been the focus of my efforts. You'll find them if you dig down
too far. What I am aiming to achieve is a consistent approach from a user
viewpoint. Comments welcome.

Oops, almost forgot the URL:

PS - the extra link on "the green paper" isn't normally on the home page -
just a special request from management at present. You can ignore that
section, it will be gone ASAP.
