My 2 cents here, on starrwolf.com

1- My first impression of the background color change at the beginning... I
thought that was over years ago. I hadn't seen that in a while...
personally, it makes me dizzy. I think it's unnecessary. Also, the awards
page could be placed in a less conspicuous place. The first thing your
customer should see is your main page, not how many awards you've gotten.

2- The sitemap.html page took a bit to load, on my 56K modem. Also, I'd
supplement the sitemap with text links at the bottom like you did on other
pages... the image map can't be seen on some browsers, and a text-browser
like lynx won't even pick anything up. The image itself could be touched
up, perhaps by changing the text on it.. it's not hard to read, but it
looks plain when compared to the stunning picture it's placed on...

3- I agree with Killian. The "cute lil' dog" has to go. It doesn't look
professional at all... It may suit a personal page but not a business site.

4- Pricing Outline: I'd try to avoid too much scrolling downward. See if
you can add some links at the top, for each of the sub-headers... that way,
if I just want to see your prices I can find them right away, for example.

5- navigation: this struck me as strange... I saw 5 links only in the
sitemap page... but then when you get into the pages there are more than
that... I think you may want to make every part of your website accessible
from the beginning...

Here's an overall redesign idea: use the picture you have in the image map
(with the wolf) as your first page, just as a logo... then people can click
on it to access your main page with all the links. Just a suggestion =)

Hope that helps,
