The experiment deprecates quite well!! On the dinosaur (Tandy 2500 SX/25,
13", 28.8, Netscape 2.01) I 'see' dark blue text, bolded links, with about
1 1/2 inches of white space on either side of the text. There is also a
dark grey divider underneath the header text.

Basic ... but definitely aesthetically pleasing! :)
