Hi,

I need help on a problem with html and tables. It has been awhile since
I've fiddled with html so now I'm attempting to catch up, so please go easy
on me.

At the moment I'm trying to make this web site for a friend, and it seems
to look fine to me in IE 3.01 and Netscape 4 but in Netscape 3.01 the table
at the top of the page stretches too big. Can you see what I'm doing
wrong? Also how does the rest of the page look to you?

Went to the following web sites for help, but I must be missing a few brain
cells because I still can't make it fit in Netscape 3.01

CREATE TABLE FOR WEB PAGE:

MAKING PAGE FITS IN ANY SCREEN:

Here's the url of the page I'm working on, and the problem table html:

<CENTER><TABLE BORDER="8" BACKGROUND="sbgd.gif" BGCOLOR="#ADEAEA"
CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0" WIDTH="600"><TR><TH><FONT SIZE="+4">Welcome
to</FONT><BR><FONT SIZE="+6">The International</FONT><IMG
SRC="TSpitfire1.gif" ALT="TRIUMPH SPITFIRE"><BR><FONT
SIZE="+4">Database<BR><IMG SRC="JoeCar1.gif" ALT="Spitfire
graphic"><BR></FONT></TH></TR></TABLE></CENTER>

Thanks much in advance for your help,
Dee (deeb(at)nwlink.com)
