Your opinions please.

Hi Everyone,

I have decided that it is time for a change. I am not happy with one of my
most frequently used sites and would like your opinions in how to change it.

The site is at   http://www.elysian.com.au/audrey/

and it is a site dedicated to Audrey Hepburn (and thus suitable for any age
group)

It currently receives over 75% of the traffic at my server so it is quite
popular. My main problem is that the nav menu on the right is getting
rather crowded and I would like to shorten it a little, so any suggestions
for new headers would be much appreciated. 

Also, how is the speed at your end?

And, of course I would like your general opinions on the site.
