Please critique Wholesale Advantage

Hello all,
  Please take a look at the following business site. I didn't recieve much
feedback in the previous post.  I changed a few small details and would
like some feedback on

structure
Profesional Quality
Navagation

Also if anyone has any solutions to the problem shown on the page

I would be glad to here it.  Basically my client would like to have the
latest pricing information from www.tel3.com but not have to worry about
updating this information.  I have linked to www.tel3.com's site with their
premission, but wouldn't like the visitor to 'get lost' in their site, but
would like the visitor to return to Wholesale advantage so as to use
sign-up through there.  The www.tel3.com site is not managed by me, nor can
I make any changes to their pages.
Thoughts?
