I took a real quick look and I've a few suggestions.
1. Image is WAAAAYYY too big. 120K???? Advice: split it up. Not only will
that cut file size, but it may also improve the page's look.
2. Throw all those links from the image into the txt format... in the
paragraph below. As mentioned, those w/ images turned off really don't have
anywhere to go.
3. The "Welcome" image is a bit annoying and reaks of a LasVegas-style porn
site (I'm sorry, it does). Perhaps incorporate your Bluejay logo into the
welcome image.
4. If you don't alter your main image, center it.
I didn't go much further than the main page; try developing a theme and
stick to it throughout.
