Critique - commercial site

I'm in the process of finally getting my parents new site online.  I so far
just have the navigation buttons online and the basic site outline.  Please
excuse the hypermart banner stuff . . . . ugh . . .    There are no pics
yet or other text, but I just wanted to see what the navigation was like.
