Followup Request: Harvey Mudd College

Hi, thanks to everyone who's provided helpful feedback on the
existing Harvey Mudd College website at http://www.hmc.edu/

I'd like to ask you to also evaluate a proposal for a modified
new design, at http://www3.hmc.edu/~kynn/homepage/newest.html

Opinions?  This one is designed to be easier to use (although
some of the sub-page names/titles need to be fudged) and more
attractive to look at, and also load faster through the use of
CSS instead of images of text.  One of the requirements for the
redesign is that it must incorporate the previous design's
elements.
