Critique Request (WARNING: Commercial Site)

Forgive me if I'm breaking any list protocols but I need a critique 
or two urgently for a web site, and the intro to the list was rather
vague on what's allowed and what isn't allowed. The critique is in
order to facilitate a make-over.

What I particularly need to know:

How effective are the current navigation mechanisms?
How professional do you feel the overall look and feel is?
What doesn't work for you?
