Critique Non-Profit Site: FACES

I was asked to get involved with the refurbishment of
a web site for a non-profit familg guidance center. The old
site had been created by an intern, and maintained over the
years by people with varying degrees of HTML skills, so the
content was very messy.

A graphics person took the original content and reformatted
it using Dreamweaver to improve the look and navigational
structure. I then took over and cleaned up the HTML, mostly
just changing presentational tags for structural ones. I feel
I could probably do more, and I'm not that convinced the
site is vastly better than the original, though I hope that
navigation is improved.

And of course, it's low budget so I can't really spend hours
making it ultra-polished .... :)
