Page redesign - Please Test

Hello all,

I recently redesigned a page to use frames and javascript, 
and I'd to know if the javascript is functioning properly 
on different hardware and software platforms.

The page is at:

http://srgsierra.home.mindspring.com/archive.html

The only thing that needs testing is the Select menu.
When you select a year-category combination and 
click GO, the right-hand frame should refresh showing 
that combination at the top of the yellow block.

There are 4 possible combinations:

1999 - Newsletters
1998 - Newsletters
1999 - Letters to the Editor
1998 - Letters to the Editor

I've tested on a PC with NN 3.01, NN 4.5, IE 4.01, 
Opera 3.51 and the WebTV Viewer 1.1. 

Please take it for a spin and let me know what browser/platform 
you are using. Also, if you run across a Javascript error, let 
me know what the error message says.
