FYI,
I had a severely hard time reading anything on the pages.
The "feathery" design of the background absolutley swallowed the text.
Also, the title suggested information about disabilities and help for
caregivers.
I saw links for Paint Shop Pro?? and Help for HTML and design??
May want to keep that on a seperate page, or tie it in with something like -
"want to create your own page regarding this topic? get help here..."
The link provided for "our kids" is not current. Might want to click
the link yourself and see where where they have moved to.
I found a link to a site created by a friend of mine
(Paul Murphy, http://mcrcr2.med.nyu.edu/murphp01/homenew.htm - his
daughter,Taryn,
has a particular genetic disorder. )
I clicked on most of those links from your page and they are equally as
informative.
My honest opinion is; this is a nobel objective, however the presentation
tends to be
a little scattered or unorganized as far as navigation and direction. (links
marked
"home" page and "main" page were different pages...)
May consider creating "headlines". Graphics or text designed to organize the
content.
In addition to headlines, possibly some informative or empathetic content
as a "lead-in" for the list of links.
Contrary to what may seem a "negative" critique, I am bookmarking
your site to pass on to those interested in your topic. No negativity
intended here,
only positive direction.
Good luck,
EA
