My Shcokwave and Javascript Site to critique!

Hey all,

I'm working on a web page for a school assignment.  We had to create a
page for a business.  I've got the navigation completed.  The content
isn't quite there yet.  That will be pretty simple after the layout is
done.

So if possible could I get some feedback on my choice of navigation? 
Any thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
