Liked the way you are setting up your page background. The green versus the
white makes for a nice contrast.  

I would consider using a different font for your text.  Everything doesn't have
to appear bold.
The way you broke up your text in the "Financing" page by using horizontal and
vertical lines made it  harder to read. I would consider getting rid of the
vertical lines.  

On the "Principals" page you might want to consider listing the principle names
and their titles and having a hyper link to their bios.  It would reduce the
amount of scrolling.

Also, consider how your audience will be viewing your site.  Will they be
browsing at 640x480, 800x600 or higher. Design your page for the lowest
resolution. 

You might want to consider putting something more descriptive then "button0.gif
(1164 bytes)" in the alternative text of your navigation buttons.

I like the money image.  Think you are off to a good start.
