Critique new layout please.

After getting a few Emails saying my site layout was dull and uninteresting
I decided you were right (thanks folks, you know who you are), so I re-did
my site today and it's open for criticism.

Wanted feedback primarily on whether the courier font works okay,
impressions of the new logo graphic, load time, colour scheme.  You know,
the usual.

Tried to reformat to fit all resolutions and it just barely scrolls
horizontally on WebTV... oh well. ;-)
