Critique Summer Camp site

This is a site I for a summer camp I work at. The current page is at:

What I would like critiqued is the mockup of a new homepage for the site.

The second one is what will probably go up in a few days. The first one is
what it will be slowly grown into as I create the content. 

The links do not work right now. Be as brutal as necessary, I want this to
be perfect.
