Hello!

First of all, it seems awfully cluttered. I would put the HWG logo and all
the rest of the ad type stuff(buttons, etc) on the bottom of the page. Let
the content be the center of attention. 

Also, there are borders on a lot of your graphics. Add BORDER=0 to the IMG
tag. It makes the graphics look a lot better.

I think your top banners are too large and look a little amatuerish. I
would resize those to be smaller.

Overall, I would think of more organization for the site. The design should
be uniform throughout the site as well. This as well as good organization
makes navigating the site a lot easier.
