Request for Critique of Commercial Site

I'm have added some additional pages to a commercial site that I'm doing
for a carpet cleaning company. The link is

The first page was critique of a couple of weeks ago.  Thanks to everybody
who took a look! :)

Let me know about the style, load time, etc.  The code has not been tweak
for search engines yet.
