Critique this site please

Dear list,
I would really appreciate if the followers of this list would critique the
following site:

Please be very honest, if not brutal. The site was produced by one of our
subsidiaries and those of us in the parent company that are web aware are
not at all happy with it. I'm gathering ammunition for my VP to be able to
take over responsibility for redesigning this site. I have critiqued it and
am looking for validation.

Also please be aware that this company (that I am an employee of) is
involved in the gaming industry. If you have any prejudices against
gambling in any form please do not visit the site.
