Critique Request: 2nd try

I submitted this site a few weeks ago and only got one short (but helpful)
response. I guess it just left everyone speechless. I have made some
changes since the last time.

I'd especially like comment on the Free Stuff area, which is the only part
I ever expect people to visit my site for.

Although it's a personal site I'll be using it as part of my portfolio for
my masters degree, job hunting, and just in principle would like it to look
really professional.
