My first impression: Beautiful.
You have 3 versions of the AM logo, each completely different. Pick one.
am2.2.gif
amsmall3.gif
bannie2.gif
The last and smallest one is my favorite. It can be almost any size and
still be readable and it's clean yet decorative.
It could stand lightening up just a little. Seems awfully dark.
The Left Hand Frame
Too wide and I am viewing it at 800 x 600 so with 640 x 480 it must be
enormous.
The word AnnieMation as a graphic doesn't strike as nicely as the big one
in the Right Hand Frame. The font is too thin to read at that size and is
so wide that is forces the frame to be so big. You might use the same font
as your AM logos and make the graphic match the navigation buttons style.
I like the navigation buttons but the text has the same problems as the
text graphic above. You might have that as straight test instead of a text
graphic.
The first button, titled AnnieMation, is the "home" frame you might label
it that.
The Right Hand Frame.
Good as is.
FAQ is good but sparse. You said that you were still adding and polishing.
