Hi, I was wondering if you could please review the above listed web site.
	WARNING!! This web site will NOT validate. It is a site I inherited from a 
previous employee.  The HTML is terrible, but I don't want to start 
correcting code before I decide what direction to go with the site.  The 
final site will be much larger and contain a greater amount of 
information.  I have added a DTD to some pages in order to see just how 
much needs to be done before they will validate.  The site at this time has 
been gutted of most relevant content and links.
	Most of what I need to know is if I should stay with the same look and 
feel or redo the entire layout.  I also need input on:
-  the ease of use of the navigational system
-  loading speed
-  how the pages look in Lynx, navigator 1, explorer 1, as my browsers are 
from NS3 and IE 3 and up.
	The pages have been proofread many times and all the links worked as of 1 
week ago.  Thanks in advance for any and all comments you would like to make.
