800x600, Win95, 56k

Your information, services, etc. nav bar is a little blurry on my end. Same 
with the words in the blue bottom bar.

The center text is right smack up against the navigation table and the type 
is still pretty small. You can use CSS to adjust your margins, so you might 
want to give the text a little space there.
