That is beautiful. I got a kick out of playing with the mouseovers since 
they were so fast.

NN4.5/15-inch monitor/ Win95/56k/800x600 res

The only thing is the top right corner -- you have a lovely blue border 
that just ends instead of going across the table. There is a khaki border 
at the bottom of the right hand navBar that almost seems like it *fell down.*

I know you're not done, but that is really the only thing I noticed.
