re: www.annas-soaps.com

I wanted to thank everyone for the comments. I have implemented some, and
sent the rest on to the owner for her consideration.

To answer a few questions...

The font used in the title graphics is University. What's funny is that I
tried to talk her out of that font. *G* It's relatively common, and one of
a small handful of fonts that even *I* can name on sight. I believe I said
something to her during the original development about did she really want
to use a font that I'd just seen the night before used in the end-credits
on a bad tv movie, and had recognized. She insisted. Oddly, now that the
site is done, I like it. It fits. I never would have chosen it myself, but
it works.

There is a form for contacting the owner for comments or orders on the
site. Hopefully I've made that a little easier to find. I've explained the
trouble to her, and she'll think over the situation. Unfortunately, a full
e-commerce solution is not really plausible at the moment. I believe that,
to date, she has received only two orders via the site, and that just
doesn't justify the costs. ;) (It's been up for about 6 months now, but I
had just completely reworked the code and wanted some feedback while I was
in revision mode.) We've mentioned the paypal solutions to her, and she's
still kicking around ideas. In the meantime, she wanted the site up while
she contemplates.

Thanks for the compliments I received. This has been a fun site to work on,
not least of all because I have received some of her soaps in addition to
payment, for myself and as gifts to family (she fulfilled a good percentage
of my Christmas list *g*). What a great job this has been! It's nice to
work on a site where I know the products well.

Thanks again.
