Don't know. I think you have to be at least a temporary member. I guess
if the powers that be kick this conversation off, we'll know the answer.

I love the idea. I think it would be great if my graduating class had
something like that. But with 800 in our class, I'm not going to tackle it.
Specific comments:
I think it would be a good idea to get this site it's own domain name,
rather than being sub to blueceltic.
I'm assuming the school colors are blue and white, since those are the
colors you use in your site. If not, you may want to reconsider your color
scheme. The layout looks very clean. You might want to see if the school
would give you permission to use the school logo or the mascot on your site.
I found the site easy to navigate. Some of your links open within the main
frame. Others open external frames. I found this disconcerting. I think
it would be helpful to be consistent.
Since you say this is just the first section, I'm assuming you realize you
have some dead links.
Yahoo Groups requires that you sign up with them in order to subscribe to
groups through their link. It is possible to send an email command and be
subscribed that way. I don't know what it is, but I know I've subscribed
to lists that way because I don't want to do the other. You may want to
check that out and offer that as an option.
Hope this is helpful.
