A couple of quick comments about the above-used NN 4.76 to view (PC 800x600)

The background is not on all of the pages. I was not really enamored of the 
background graphic but YMMV.

The content was viewable for me with NN and even if the site looks somewhat 
different in different browsers, IMO being able to get to the content is 
the important thing.

The content looked cleanly presented to me.
