Checked it out on Windows 98, 1024x768 resolution, IE5.0, NS4.7, & 
Opera5.  The grey box in the middle was off to the right in IE only.  To 
fix this, take align="right" out of the <.p> tag that's just before the 
start of the table.  This fixes it in IE and it still looks right in the 
other two.

Fast loading, colors easy on the eye.  On the portfolio page and the 
contact page, the links are in a blue that is not readable on the blue 
background.  Of your four sample sites, I would remove two of them.  The 
freebies page that announces this site is always under construction is 
probably not going to generate a lot of confidence in a prospective client 
who probably wants a finished page.  The page for html tutorials doesn't 
look good at lower resolutions.  The left hand frame truncates the words in it.
