I didn't see anything flying out at me, but as long as you can eventually
get to the entire site contents by following links from the basic navigation
links, that's not a bad thing (I personally find menus that move to be
disorientating and hard to use).
I looked at the source code briefly, and feel you really should remove
the comments in the menu script for two reasons:
1. It will really reduce the size of the source and help download times!
2. It makes it blindingly obvious that you used pre-written code, and
didn't write it yourself, which is bad for professional reasons, and
also because it's an educational site where people might hope the
staff would be skilled enough to be able to write scripts themselves,
rather than using freeware and adding it in blindly, comments and all...
