Unwanted space in nested tables

Greetings One and All,

Could someone please look at www.solutionsfortheweb.com/Doris/index.html
and tell me why there is an unwanted space appearing between the two
nested tables in IE and Opera 5, but not in Netscape 6. After looking
through several books, I have placed most all <td></td> tags on the same
line, checked for border, cellpadding and cellspacing issues, temporarily 
removed
table width specifications, resliced and replaced the image and checked
image alignments to no avail. I am sure that it is something so simple,
but I just can't see it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
