Please critique first frames

Hello all,

This is my first relatively successful attempt at using frames. It is also my
first relatively successful attempt at mousovers. I know it has some glitches
but I don't know how to fix them. I tested on Netscape4  and IE4 using
windows95.

This is just a test page I put together.  Any advice is sooo very much
apreciated. But..please..be gentle.
