Guestbook

Can someone help me figure this out:

I have a guestbook that displays fine with everything except Netscape 4.0
The problem is that the form bleeds in to the left side bar.
I had this problem previously with all my other linked pages, but due to the
advise from all you folks, I managed to get rid of the bleeding by changing
the table size from 21% to 25%. 

Changing the table size cleared the problem up on all my pages, EXCEPT the
guestbook, which uses a form. Is Netscape non-compatible with the coding I
used for the form? Or am I doing something else wrong?
