I think I've seen this page a few times before, and it has changed quite a bit
from the first time. I like this one better than the others. Personally I
think the ICQ, contact, Link Exchange, etc. should not be the opening page.
Maybe something a little more poetry oriented. Save the contact stuff and
advertising for a later page.
Also, the link text was a little hard to read against the brown swirly
background. I would keep the black texture on the right, but make the
background for the link text less busy, or create buttons for those links that
stand out better on the brown swirls.
