One more time, please.

I would like to thank both people who responded to my request for a critique.
The comments were very helpful, and many have been implemented.  I am still in
the process of adding to the sites content, but would appreciate another round
of critiques on the site, focusing on the layout and ease of navigation.  (I
use Netscape Navigator, and would appreciate comments on how it looks in other
browsers.)
