Looked over your site. Nice design, outline, colors...seemed easy to navigate.
I really had no knowledge about mIRC before visiting your site, and to be
honest, when I left I still didn't know what mIRC was. (had an idea, but never
saw a definition) I found some info later at:
http://mirc.stealth.net/faqs/scripting-faq2.html#1a
Would be nice to see more explanation about mIRC in general, so real-life
surfers looking for a "favorite place" for mIRC tutorials, scripts and bots
would be inclined to bookmark it and come back. The purpose of the site is to
be helpful, don't cut it short.
The "up to date-diary" entries on the main page tend to give a "homepage"
feel, especially with
" done 2 sites for clients"
"some big ass CGI Scripts"
don't expect the general public to consider this a serious place to use as a
resource. High school kids, college kids (some) will think the page is cool,
but if your objective is for the site to grow, maybe add some advertising,
etc, you might want to re-think the presentation.
Aside from that, looks great, all goes together well, easy to read.

Happy mIRC-ing,
EA
