Hi Patty,
I like the color scheme of the website. The soft green and gray fits well
with the material.
However, the page scrolls a bit too long. Maybe you can break the first page
up into a few. Also, I would ditch the vertical white title bar along the
left side. It just seems unnecessary. Some of those little banner graphics
also seem unnecessary, such as the MSIE.
Also, you might try to obtain a better quality image of jchs_logo1a.gif.
Finally, if you plan to add some more pages to the website, I would suggest
coming up with a navigational menu of some sort that carries throughout the
site.
