Nightwatch

I have a new website up. Called Nightwatch, and dedictaed to police and law
enforcement, and to anyone interested on info and resources on public safety.
The site is still new, and is sort of a test run before going to an
independant domain name. A lot of stuff still has to be added.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.
