I am not sure what the crash problem is. I go to this address, it loads fine.
I get plain text on a speckled background. No links, no other graphics, no
crash.

Possibly the comments aren't being read correctly  [mega comments between
<<html>> and <<head>> ]  Try removing the very long
<---------------------------> at the beginning and end of the comments, or
placing them in a different location. Then let those who are crashing give it
another go.
