CRITIQUE REQUEST: Advertising Company

Dear Fellow HWGers,

Would you please critique the start of a website I'm doing for an Advertising
Company.

Only two parts of the site are setup the main page at:
http://151.196.81.28/mac/index.html

And the Telemarketing Page at:
http://151.196.81.28/mac/telemarketing/index.html

ALL COMMENTS will be helpful, including overall design, graphics, speed, etc,
etc.  Please include the browser, resolution, modem speed, and platform in
your critique.
