Craig,
Ya got me, I have no idea why!? At first I thought maybe Netscape, in its
own screwy little way, was acknowledging the "index" page (index.html) as the
primary or number "1" (1.html) page more commonly known as the default or
"index" page and that was why you were getting the results you did. Next I
tried chopping the extension to .htm and still nothing.
I even pasted your meta tag onto something here and changed the reference
points and it worked fine, unfortunately. Is it possible you could have
written some other command(s) somewhere else that reference Netscape browsers
in this sense?
One suggestion. Try cut and pasting the source code onto a new page but
before you save it delete the refresh command then Save it. - After you have
saved it reinsert the tag, save it and see what happens. It may sound
strange but it does work sometimes.
I'll get back to you on the rest of the site.
PS If you find out what is causing it let me know. I'd be curious.
Steve
