Critique site please?

I don't know if this posted or not, so here goes again, sorry for any repeats

Hello all,
I have been reading with interest and observing this list for quite some time
now. I have enjoyed watching other's sites improve and hopefully gaining from
some of the positive things that have come from other's input. I would like to
have my business site critiqued. Actually, I am rather nervous about it, for I
have spent so many hours trying to improve and improve, and it is not ever to
MY OWN satisfaction, so I wonder how it could live up to anyone elses! 
Ok, that said, here is my site, www.showcasewebdesign.com
I am hoping to hear feedback on the following:
Basically the usual stuff, load time, browser compatability (although I
believe in gearing my sites to MSIE 3.2 and above and NN2 and above) I also
would like to know how my layout and design is and overall appeal. Please
note, I am having some problems on one of my links to my frames sample, so you
need NOT comment on that as I am very aware of it. I also am aware of my META
tags needing some improvement even though they are there.
 I do have to say after reading this list for some time MOST things are
positive feedback, some is somewhat impossible, as I stated before, with so
many people using so many different resolutions, browser's, ages of computers,
etc, I think it is ALMOST impossible to make a site to be "pleasing to the
eye" (correct in viewing) to everyone... Am I right about that?
