Ease of navigation:
Very easy... no problems here
Load times:
It's great.. there aren't too many graphics so it's not
a problem.
How it behaves on minority browsers (such as Lynx):
If I'm not mistaken, Lynx doesn't support frames, so
technically, someone using Lynx cannot view your
site. On your main page, give the option of "frames"
or "no frames"
Viewing with other screen settings:
no problems here with a 640x480 16bit
Another little tidbit:
On index1.html , for your 3 images on the bottom, add
border=0
and get rid of those red lines around the images!
