Nightwatch Website

Hey, all. 

I'm new to the Guild and have enjoyed it so far.

I have a website that took me a few months to work on, due to the extreme
research I did into HTML (I knew very little about it until I decided to read
up on it). The site is geared toward police and law enforcement, but I'm
gradually expanding the content to move to a more family oriented site, where
folks could learn more about officers and their roles in society.

Please critique the site. Any advise and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
