web design critique (Swim Omaha)

Would like feedback on http://www.swimomaha.org/index_test.php 

The design is a CSS design heavily influenced by Eric Meyer's complex spiral 
layouts. This is also a dynamic content driven site (so I don't know what the 
copy will say when you see it). You should see either a transparency effect 
(NN6+ or Mozilla builds) or a degraded version with image tiling (IE or 
AOL)... or a white page full of text in NN4.X. This is a proposed re-design 
of the current site that can be found at the root domain (in case you're 
interested). 

Please let me know what OS and browser version you are using if you see ugly 
things happening. All comments welcome
