The basic design of this site is put together well, although
the javaScript errors on the first page were relentless...
The mouseover script is missing the appropriate "style" entries.
Unfortuanately its everywhere on the page. My browser finally got tired of
sending error messages ("too many errors...") and let me proceed.
If you are using this script to simply "enhance" the first page, I can think
of more simple ways of adding a little spice.
The content of the site is definitely in the right direction. I must admit I
cruise the job market online often. Probably the biggest thing I see
different at your site than other job connection sites is lack of "examples".
No job listings that I can see, no results of past postings.
Potential clients won't send money for anything you can't prove you can do,
especially online. If this is for a new company with no client base as yet
to draw from, you might consider a "sample post", or content with statistics
about how "Online job listings get excellent results...". In other words; sell
me.
I had to visit several pages before I realized the premise for the company was
to put links on other folk's web sites. I am not sure exactly what kind of
site might want this, perhaps you could help the visitor identify with the
service by giving examples about what type of site would benefit from having
your database on their page.
I can see a need to find a job, or find a worker, but am I supposed to simply
promote your database? I was left a little confused, (and still jobless...)
I linked to what I thought was a sample site promoting your service, but I
think it was an extention to the site. >>http://www.Romy.com/<<< All linked
together it felt more like a personal homepage than a business.

If I were to get my hands on these pages tonight, the first thing I would do
is backspace over the javascript mouseovers on the start page.
The consistant images (shrugging guy and magnifying man) I would incorporate
into the first page (small "header" graphics?) along with promotional content
urging me to seek further.
I saw this statement and tried to find an example of what you were describing.
>>>>>> Much like a clipping or news service makes
information available, TRS will enhance your website and your
readers will be thrilled. We will customize
a hyperlink from your site to ours...<<<<<
Basically I wasn't quite clear on the equasion.

Keep up the hard work. Please take this critique in the positive vein
intended.
