Consider encasing the graphical HR 's in "<p>" tags or changing the "<br>"
before the HR into a "<br clear=all>"

This one came from mistyping the anchor href ending tag (see your code below)

So the anchor stayed open over the HR. :P  I've found that validating my
sites catches typos like this (and I have made my fair share).  I general
use Webtechs for this purpose.
