Critique Site

Hello Everyone,

Here is a site I working on and would like to know:

Look and Feel - Graphics
Navigation/Flow of the site
Download Time of pages - modem speed
What Browser you are on
Any other issues you might notice

Some of the illustrations are going to be replaced with original graphics,
not the ones I was supplied.  You can tell which are original and which are
not because they are very crisp and clear.
